A real-world machine learning project built for the City of San Diego. It predicts infrastructure maintenance needs using street repair data, FCI scores, and spatial features. I led the entire initiative, managing datasets, training ML models like XGBoost and Random Forest, and developing the JS-based dashboard frontend. May lead to city-level deployment and internship opportunities.
